LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Utilities Engineer to join a leading Global Pharmaceutical company based in Cork.

  • Provide Utilities engineering services in support of the design, construction, commissioning and qualification of a Large Molecule Manufacturing Facility.
  • Support Team Lead to implement a Clean Utilities Design based on the scope of Process Requirements provided by the Technology and Manufacturing owners.
  • Lead technical package ownership for the Clean Utilities package and facilitate cross-functional interactions to ensure project and site stakeholder inputs are reflected in vendor design deliverables.


  • Minimum qualification B.Sc. or M.Sc./ M.Eng Degree in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering or equivalent discipline; equivalent is defined as a Biotechnology or Industrial Chemistry Degree with the basic elements of chemical / biochemical engineering fundamentals as applied to sterile or aseptic manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 6 years post academic Mechanical engineering experience.
  • Experience in leading Clean Utility system design, including Water for Injection, Clean Steam, Clean Dry Compressed gasses.
  • Knowledge of WFI and CS equipment and system design

Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland? As this is a contract opportunity you will need to hold a Stamp 1G/Stamp 4 visa to apply!
