LSC have a great contract opportunity for Training Administrative to join a Cork based Biopharmaceutical company. The site manufactures low volume bulk API for Phase III clinical trials, initial product launch and long-term market support. The team on site grow, purify, formulate, and bulk fill mammalian cell culture derived APIs for medicines intended for human use.


  • Co-ordinate training for manufacturing to ensure all personnel performing operations are in accordance with cGMP and EHS requirements.
  • Maintenance of Curricula and OJT matrix's
  • Coaching Manufacturing personnel where training rework is required.
  • Audit preparation and maintenance of areas to regulatory standards
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvements to strengthen the training process.
  • Support and further develop the Manufacturing Training function.


  • Business Diploma or Higher Qualification background preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) a distinct advantage.
  • Project Management a distinct advantage.
