LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Project Manager - IT in Cork.
If you have hands on experience in internal change management role and ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!


  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on impacted groups
  • Develop strategies and plans to ensure maximum adoption of project deliverables, in alignment with the program OCM plan.
  • Identify training needs and audiences
  • Identify communications needs, audiences, messages, and channels
  • Execute and track communications/training/business readiness plans and develops sustainment/support plans
  • Develop roadshow materials with the OCM Program team & coordinate local execution


  • 5 years+ of experience in organizational change management
  • Some experience implementing large-scale, transformational ERP financial system programs preferred
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence leaders; skilled in asking the right question(s) - in combination - to elicit a response for the leader/team needs at the moment
