LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading biotech company based in Cork!

If you have working knowledge of World Class Manufacturing & Lean Manufacturing and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!

o Leading the embedding & sustaining of the Managing Site Performance business process standard on site.
o Owning and leading the site Root Cause Problem Solving system (RCPS), and embedding & improving its use within the site.
o Lead TIPs & coach initiative leads on methodology.
o Develop and Deploy plant-wide lean training modules.
o Develop and drive the yellow/green and black belt program on site.
o Drive the Lean philosophy throughout the site by supporting, mentoring and coaching employees in increasing their understanding and knowledge of Lean principles and techniques
o Develop and foster a continuous improvement culture

o Third level Degree or equivalent qualification in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
o Certified to Black/Green belt level or relevant Lean Qualification
o Working knowledge of a regulated industry
