LSC have a great contract opportunity for Project Manager looking to join a leading Biotech company based in Cork.

If you have a third level Degree or equivalent qualification in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and you are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Shape and lead site-wide change programs through lean & six sigma methodologies.
  • Embed & sustain 'Managing Site Performance' business process standard on site.
  • Develop and cultivate a continuous improvement culture.
  • Enhance the involvement and engagement of employees in process improvements.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Innovative, adaptable, and collaborative approach to business challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
