LSC has a great contract opportunity Manufacturing Process Specialist to join a leading biotech company based in Cork.

If you have a relevant third level qualification in either Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Science or Engineering and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of the commercial and clinical manufacturing processes and process optimization
  • Monitoring and reporting of process performance using statistical process control
  • Generation of data and reports to support Annual Product Reviews and Regulatory submissions
  • Troubleshooting of process specific equipment
  • Troubleshooting of DCS (e.g Delta V) and PLC control systems
  • Investigating and resolving Deviations raised within the Manufacturing Department

ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?

  • Experience executing GMP change controls and investigating quality issues
  • Experience of Purification either in a manufacturing or a lab-based environment.
  • Experience of DCS (e.g., Delta V)

Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland? As this is a contract opportunity you will need to hold a Stamp 1G/Stamp 4 visa to apply!
