LSC have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our team, based in our Kinsale office.
If you have previous experience in sales and or customer service this could be the perfect job for you!

What do we do?
LSC are a specialist resource management company working with world leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology & medical device companies across Ireland and Europe.

What will you do?
The Key Account Manager (KAM) role will manage leads, pipeline new opportunities and promote campaigns to existing and new LSC clients.

Key Activities:
-Manage LSC contacts and relationship with existing clients
-Identify and develop new relationships with other prospective HMs within the Account
-Lead generation and qualification, promote client campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch to post-launch analysis.
-Contribute to LSC sales and marketing strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities. Work with marketing as a critical member of a sales team and work closely with LSC clients and VMS partners - to maximize results and open up new opportunities.
-Explore and understand complex customer requirements to create a strategic plan of action. Prepare and conduct presentations, while maintaining effective communication
-Timely and accurate updating of Account Plans for key clients assigned.
-Analyse and present monthly analytics reports to clients and management

About you- are your skills a match?
o 3rd level qualification in a scientific/technical/business discipline a distinct advantage.
o Customer Service &/or sales experience.
