General Description of the Role
- Support implementation of Aveva SCADA BMS (Building Management System)/VDS (Validated Data System) systems for the project
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues within BMS/VDS automation and instrumentation
- Support construction effort on-site through field walkdowns of Automation and instrumentation components
- Provide Automation support of SAT's and commissioning/qualification of applicable equipment systems
- Review and approve applicable design documentation for BMS/VDS system
- Support SAT and commissioning of BMS/VDS platform and Automation functionality
- Support BMS/VDS integration into other Automation and IT systems for the project (PI, Critical Alarm Handling System, etc.)
- Collaboration with FDBD site SME's on technical solutions as well as SME's from other Fuji projects in the US
- Participating in interdisciplinary meetings, following is examples:
- Meetings with designers/engineers
- Meetings with FDBD Site SME's
- Meetings with FDBD WPO's and leads Building
- Participation in review process and follow-up
- Participating in coordination within Electrical work package and with other packages where relevant
Key Work Experience and Skills
- Preferred starting point/background in Biotech/Pharma industry and/or production facilities including GMP rooms
- 3-5+ yrs experience as BMS Automation Engineer or equivalent
- English language proficiency required at a minimum, Danish language proficiency a plus
- Experience in Aveva SCADA BMS platform (formerly Wonderware) is a plus
