- Responsibility for the department's purchasing requirements through ARIBA system
- Invoice hold resolution
- Weekly timesheet tracking of all contractors
- Liaise with professional service companies to ensure invoicing is completed correctly and on time before each month end
- Maintain department validation documents on the documentation management system (PDOCs)
- Filing and retrieval of project documentation and backup tapes from offsite storage
- Fundamental IT skills (MS Office Suite)
- Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail
- Work on own initiative and a self-starter
