LSC have a great contract opportunity for an Automation Administrator to join a top five global pharmaceutical company based in Cork. ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsibility for the department's purchasing requirements through ARIBA system
  • Invoice hold resolution
  • Weekly timesheet tracking of all contractors
  • Liaise with professional service companies to ensure invoicing is completed correctly and on time before each month end
  • Maintain department validation documents on the documentation management system (PDOCs)
  • Filing and retrieval of project documentation and backup tapes from offsite storage
  • Fundamental IT skills (MS Office Suite)
  • Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail
  • Work on own initiative and a self-starter
