{"id":42787,"date":"2023-10-10T09:40:12","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T08:40:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/project-engineer\/"},"modified":"2023-10-10T09:40:13","modified_gmt":"2023-10-10T08:40:13","slug":"project-engineer-42787","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/project-engineer-42787\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Project Engineer to join a leading Global Pharmaceutical company based in Cork.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>If you have 5 years&#8217; experience as a Project Engineer in the Pharma\/Biotech industry and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE PROJECT &#8211; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery of projects from concept through to handover, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure.<\/li>\n<li>PE co-ordinates the Engineering Design, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification activities on EPCV projects varying in size and scope.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for the generation of project scopes, estimates, schedules etc<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinates activities of the engineering and design groups within the project team and identifies when specialist services may be required.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate and direct the preparation of Project Controls data, i.e. Schedules, Budgets and Resourcing Plans for the Design and Constructions project Phases.<\/li>\n<li>Review progress and man-hour forecasts to enable corrective action decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Client liaison, attendance at project meetings etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT YOU &#8211; ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process Engineering<\/li>\n<li>7+ Project Management \/ Engineering experience in the Pharmaceutical\/ Biotechnology industry is essential<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
