Evaluates contract manufacturer performance metrics and supports management reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Determines root causes of quality issues and develops corrective actions and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Implements comprehensive measurement systems to monitor effectiveness of quality and reliability systems to identify, correct and prevent defects, demonstrating continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT YOU &#8211; ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in science or engineering related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Medical device experience, preferably in a Quality role (2-5yrs)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and leaders in cross-functional environments.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, able to work effectively, and with agility, under limited supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
