{"id":42320,"date":"2023-09-28T12:31:06","date_gmt":"2023-09-28T11:31:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/process-cleaning-representative\/"},"modified":"2023-09-28T12:31:07","modified_gmt":"2023-09-28T11:31:07","slug":"process-cleaning-representative-42320","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/process-cleaning-representative-42320\/","title":{"rendered":"Process Cleaning Representative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Process Cleaning Representative to join a leading Global Pharmaceutical company based in Cork.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE PROJECT &#8211; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trouble-shoot issues with and optimize cleaning cycles and\/or cleaning equipment<\/li>\n<li>Generate cleaning validation protocols and summary reports<\/li>\n<li>Execute cleaning validation protocols, including visual inspection and sampling and coordination with other support groups (e.g. operations, maintenance, lab, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Author and\/or revise cleaning procedures and associated work instructions<\/li>\n<li>Complete Periodic Review Reports for CIP skids and parts washers to ensure cleaning equipment remains in a qualified state<\/li>\n<li>Complete review of cleaning batch records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT YOU &#8211; ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical knowledge of cleaning equipment (CIP skids, Parts washers, etc.) and cleaning regimes (chemical, re-circulated washing, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of qualification\/validation requirements and good documentation practices<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Biotech manufacturing processes and understanding of production schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
