{"id":41635,"date":"2023-09-18T17:30:51","date_gmt":"2023-09-18T16:30:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/equipment-project-engineer\/"},"modified":"2023-09-18T17:30:52","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T16:30:52","slug":"equipment-project-engineer-41635","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/equipment-project-engineer-41635\/","title":{"rendered":"Equipment Project Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LSC have a great contract opportunity for an Equipment Project Engineer to join a leading Medical Device company based in Limerick.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>If you have and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primary responsibility to provide polymer processing and engineering expertise for a range of products and materials.  <\/li>\n<li>Also responsible for identifying and implementing innovative engineering technologies, which will deliver highly efficient and cost-effective processes and equipment.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE PROJECT &#8211; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs planning, development, facilitation of design and installation of Injection Moulding equipment and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and executes equipment validation testing (I\/O, Safety Matrix, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ etc.) for the qualification of new Injection Moulding equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Provide troubleshooting expertise to resolve Injection Moulding equipment, systems and process problems using strong statistical methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Develop technical problem-solving skills among Process Technicians<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective closure on Quality System documents (Audit Actions, NCR&#8217;s, CAPA&#8217;s, Maps, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all process developments, NPI etc. are managed in accordance with the Quality management system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>ABOUT YOU &#8211; ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Mechanical or Polymer Science or similar disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 4 yeas relevant industrial experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of equipment installation and validation &#8211; I\/O, Safety Matrix, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
