{"id":41235,"date":"2023-09-12T16:38:50","date_gmt":"2023-09-12T15:38:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/ehs-specialist\/"},"modified":"2023-09-12T16:38:50","modified_gmt":"2023-09-12T15:38:50","slug":"ehs-specialist-41235","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/ehs-specialist-41235\/","title":{"rendered":"EHS Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LSC have a great contract opportunity for a EHS Specialist to work in medical Device company  in Limerick<\/p>\n<p>ABOUT THE PROJECT &#8211; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proposes, develops and implements improvements to the Process Safety Management System (PSM) as required<\/li>\n<li>Develops &amp; delives process safety training programs as deemed necessary<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for generation of process safety metrics &amp; trends &amp; presentation at relevant forums e.g. EHS&amp;S management Review<\/li>\n<li>Chairs the site Process Safety Steering team<\/li>\n<li>Participates in incident \/ accident investigations &amp; root cause analyses (RCA)<\/li>\n<li>Completes \/ assists in completion of periodic Self Assessments &amp; audits of the EHS Management System<\/li>\n<li>Supports health &amp; safety aspects as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT YOU &#8211; ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3rd level degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or other related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of EHS legislation and standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
