{"id":38193,"date":"2023-07-24T11:33:27","date_gmt":"2023-07-24T10:33:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/maintenance-cmms-engineer\/"},"modified":"2023-07-26T11:29:25","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T10:29:25","slug":"maintenance-cmms-engineer-38193","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/maintenance-cmms-engineer-38193\/","title":{"rendered":"Maintenance CMMS Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Maintenance CMMS Engineer to a leading biotech company based in Tipperary.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>ABOUT THE PROJECT &#8211; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the development, implementation, and day to day operation of the site Maintenance system (SAP &amp; Procal).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Continue to develop the PPM (Planned and Predictive Maintenance) system including writing job plans and assigning maintenance frequencies.<\/li>\n<li>Operation and execution of the PPM Change Control System.<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation maintenance best practice methodologies\/technologies including LSS processes e.g. creation of standard work for routine maintenance activities.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Reliability Engineers on criticality assessments in developing new maintenance strategies\/plans for new assets.<\/li>\n<li>Registration of new equipment on the CMMS and development of BOMs for same.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT YOU &#8211; ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are inviting applications from candidates with the following skill set:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trade qualification or 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline or experience working and developing maintenance systems\/CMMS.<\/li>\n<li>2 years or more experience working in a maintenance systems environment, preferably in manufacturing GMP with a strong compliance mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Experience \/ proficiency in document management systems and office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience of CMMS systems, ideally SAP &amp; Procal.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of maintenance systems, maintenance techniques (e.g. preventative &amp; predictive maintenance CBM) and their applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
