{"id":30998,"date":"2023-03-10T12:42:47","date_gmt":"2023-03-10T12:42:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/scientist\/"},"modified":"2023-07-27T10:02:35","modified_gmt":"2023-07-27T09:02:35","slug":"scientist-30998","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/lscconnect.com\/consultantconnect\/jobs\/scientist-30998\/","title":{"rendered":"Scientist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LSC have a great contract opportunity for a <\/strong><strong>Scientist<\/strong> <strong> to<\/strong><strong> join a leading biotech company based in Meath.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>If you <\/strong><strong>have a minimum of 2 years&#8217; experience working in a relevant academic or industry field <\/strong><strong>and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nABOUT THE PROJECT &#8211; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support introduction of novel, innovative solutions supporting the microbiology lab start-up of biologics within the facility.<\/li>\n<li>Execute in-process and drug substance analysis studies to support manufacturing, including supporting laboratory scale studies.<\/li>\n<li>Support technical assessments on new products in partnership with global technical teams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to solve problems and take new perspectives on existing solutions with a desire to continuously learn, improve and develop<\/li>\n<li>To participate in lean lab methodologies and deviation writing.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills as well as influencing, collaboration skills and teamworking ability to work with global and interdisciplinary teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT YOU &#8211; ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A knowledge of method transfers, scheduling would be highly desirable for Bioburden testing and in process testing for Biologics.<\/li>\n<li>Technical knowledge with Biologics drug substance analytical testing.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of design and operation of automated systems such as GLIMS, track wise and E-logs would be desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
