The aim of the week is to create a positive awareness of and spark enthusiasm about the engineering profession among young people with little or no engineering background.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">LSC are holding a fun and creative event which will allow children to explore their creative side and develop an understanding for the potential of STEM as a subject choice at second level, while also promoting engineering as a career choice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a company founded by and staffed with Engineers (and Scientists) LSC are excited to be hosting two x 90 minute workshops to release the creative, innovative and inventive potential of children in Cork. \u00a0Each workshop will involve your child working on a team and using recycled materials to design, build and test their creations.
