HR Duo makes it easy to request and track leave, with instant visibility and quick manager approval. Simply request leave at the click of a button!\u00a0<strong>HR Duo replaces BrightPay Connect. <\/strong>Leave is now requested through HR Duo, with one\u2011click approval for managers. This removes the admin involved in booking leave \u2014 no more email chains or forwarding approvals to LSC.<\/div>\n"},{"heading_tag":"h4","content_heading":"What HR Duo will be Used For","content_editor":"<ul>\n<li>Requesting annual leave<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing your annual leave balance<\/li>\n<li>Submitting sick leave and other leave<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> If you are an <strong>LTD Consultant<\/strong> you are encouraged to request annual leave AND sick leave through HR Duo to make it easier for your manager to acknowledge \/ approve the request. Your annual leave balance will always show as zero.<\/p>\n"},{"heading_tag":"h4","content_heading":"What you Must Do Going Forward","content_editor":"<p><strong>\u2705 <\/strong>All annual leave and sick leave must be logged \/ submitted in HR Duo<br \/>\n\u274c Do not use BrightPay Connect<br \/>\n\u274c Do not email leave requests to LSC &#8211; either annual leave or emailing LSC to let us know if you are out sick<\/p>\n<p>Once you submit a request in HR Duo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your manager is notified instantly of the request<\/li>\n<li>Leave can be reviewed and approved quickly from your manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your manager will be set-up on HR Duo and informed of this change.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are sick, please ensure you notify your manager that morning AND log your sick leave in HR Duo. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR Duo also has an app so please ensure that you download the app so you can submit sick leave while you are out or book leave on the go.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> Instructions can be found here: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.hrduo.hrduogo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Google Play Store<\/a> for Android devices, or the <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/ie\/app\/hr-duo-go\/id1551793016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">App Store<\/a> for Apple devices.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions or need any support on the system please contact <a href=\"mailto:suppot@lsc.ie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">suppot@lsc.ie<\/a><\/p>\n"},{"heading_tag":"h4","content_heading":"What is Not Changing","content_editor":"<p>For the moment, please continue to <strong>submit your timesheets exactly as you do today<\/strong>. This will contain access and login details.
