As part of our Consultant Success Program, LSC\u00a0operate a buddy system. At its very core, a buddy system is about helping a new starter to settle into their new role. It involves teaming up a new LSC starter with an existing LSC Contractor on site, where the existing Contractor acts as a point of contact for the new starter who can provide information, guidance and encouragement during their first few weeks of employment. A buddy will take on the following tasks to help the new starter settle in:<\/p>\n
You will have the option of having a buddy to help you get settled onsite and also to become a buddy for someone else in the future.<\/p>\n
