LSC are currently looking for a Clean Utilities Engineer to work with our client based in Waterford. The Utilities Engineer will manufacture, installation, Commissioning and Qualification of a Clean Steam and Water For Injection system for a new R&D facility.
The Utilities Engineer will be responsible for:
o Ensure equipment design is safe & appropriate level of commissioning takes place to ensure safety functionality.
o Review & overview of approved design pack including the identification of risks.
o Specify/Procure all items and work directly with Stilmas and Winthrop
o Will Interfaces with EirGen site teams as well as vendors & suppliers.
o Ideally will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Clean Steam and WFI systems
o Oversight of Installation and all testing, to support C&Q activities.
o Ensure project deliverables completed ahead of schedule.
o Track activities against schedule and flag & address risks
o Responsible for the associated budget for the system.
o Ensuring equipment is operational ahead of budget and flagging any risks.
Qualification & Experience
o Higher level Degree in Third level Engineering/Science qualification or equivalent
o 5+ years working in similar background (Project Management, Installation and C&Q)
o Ideally 5+ years working experience on Clean Steam and WFI systems.
o Track record of building relations with equipment vendors.
