LSC have a requirement for an Automation Documentation Controller for our biotech client based in Limerick to provide support to the Automation group relating to documentation systems and ancillary support systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
o Receipt, verification and archiving of automation/engineering turn over documentation
o Implements and maintains document repositories and archives.
o Administration of document management system
o Provides guidance to Tech Ops department in proper use of document changes systems to ensure consistency of system usage.
o Coordinates receipt, mastering, issuance, review and revision of controlled documents, e.g. URS, FDS, SDS, I/O lists etc.
o Maintains departmental databases.
o Participates in site-wide project teams as necessary.
o Prepares status reports for management.
o Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.
You will be:
o Degree qualified preferred with 3+ years relevant work experience to support responsibilities of position.
o Additional related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
