Senior CQV Engineer for HVAC and Utilities required for Green Field site Blanchardstown Dublin
The Senior CQV Engineer will use the Risk Based Verification (RBV) approach to execute HVAC and Utilities commissioning and qualification activities in cGMP Bulk Drug Substance (BDS) manufacturing plant in Dublin, Ireland.
As CQV Engineer you will be:
o Part of the a Combined CQV Team (Vendor, Craft Contractor, Operations and CQV Personnel) and be responsible for planning of own activities and ownership and closure of open issues (Punch Items, Non-Conformances etc)
o Start up and commissioning of HVAC systems in a Biological and / or Pharma Environment with Siemens automation
o Qualify rooms/areas with different HVAC classifications and requirements and be responsible for same.
o Takespart in troubleshooting and remediation project teams.
o Field Walkdowns of systems as part of transfer of ownership of the system from Construction
Your experience will include:
o Technical diploma or Degree in Engineering/Life Sciences or greater preferred.
o Commissioning, qualification and validation experience in Bulk Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility (min 2 – 5 years)
o Relevant experience as subject matter expert / engineer in a high tech industry such as Biotech or Pharma, preferable.
o Experience working on and knowledge of HVAC systems and cleanrooms, including start up.
o Experience in System Startup, Commissioning, Functional Testing & Qualification necessary, including safe systems of work
o Experience in using Siemens automation platform and review/approval of associated documentation essential.
